#InPhotos | Three SOCCSKSARGEN Local Government Units, previously awarded with No Objection Letter (NOL) 1 from the Department of Agriculture – Philippine Rural Development Project (DA-PRDP), underwent a Procurement Training and Workshop on the World Bank New Procurement Regulations from January 14-17, 2025, in Koronadal City.
These LGUs, represented by personnel from their respective budget, procurement, engineering, and agriculture offices, underwent an orientation on the new PRDP procurement processes in accordance with PRDP Scale Up guidelines.
This ensured that prior to subproject implementation, all stakeholders were knowledgeable and understood the standards set by the World Bank to guarantee the smooth implementation of the project.
In attendance during the training-workshop are Regional Project Coordination Office XII Deputy Project Director Engr. Abraham A. Onotan, PRDP Project Support Office – Mindanao Cluster Procurement Officers Chona R. Jarabata and Jennelaine G. Jos.
