The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office XII – Organic Agriculture Program Successfully held the DA Research Station Performance Review of C.Y 2024 Accomplishment Report and C.Y 2025 Target Setting under OAP last January 16-17, 2025, in General Santos City.
The event featured an inclusive review of the production data of various seed produce, concoctions, vermi cast and banana bungulan planting materials and financial accomplishments for CY 2024 OA-funded station, reflecting the progress made in the implementation of Organic Agriculture. Additionally, the findings from the Regional Pre-Assessment Team Monitoring for Organic Agriculture were presented, offering critical insights into the status of the Third-party Organic Certification application efforts.
The session also served as a platform for setting targets for 2025, with a focus on enhancing organic agriculture production in the region.
