𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | Four-Day Workshop on Ancestral Domain Agricultural Implementation Framework (ADAIF) Formulation
Held at the Habi Hotel in Koronadal City from March 17-20, 2025, the workshop focuses on the ancestral domains of T’boli and Blaan in T’boli, South Cotabato, and the Erumanen ne Menuvo in Pigcawayan, Cotabato.
The Ancestral Domain Agricultural Implementation Framework (ADAIF) is one of the main outputs of MIADP. The activities, priorities, and investments in this document are derived from the ADSDPP of the two (2) participating ADs.
The formulation of the ADAIF is a participatory process through the conduct of a series of community consultations in all of the six (6) covered ADs in Region XII.
As a matter of employing effective strategy in the project implementation, the participatory planning process of the ADAIF covers priority and emerging agri-fishery and non-timber commodities. The intervention will identify the supported commodities, constraints, opportunities, plans, projects, activities, locations, and estimated budgets.
The ADAIF will look very closely into the available Value Chain Analysis (VCA) reports, Provincial/City Commodity Investment Plans (P/CCIPs), and other development plans on inclusive agri-fishery development. This will serve as a tool for the ICCs/IPs to build partnerships and mobilize resources for the implementation of the identified infrastructure and enterprise sub-projects as well as investment pooling with other partners and market linking.
The procedures outlined in the ADAIF provide a consultative framework for developing the plan and corresponding infrastructure (Component 2) and enterprise (Component 3) sub-projects.
