#InPhotos | Kian Castañeda, a well-known organic urban garden practitioner from Koronadal City, was visited today, March 20, 2025, by National Gawad Saka Evaluators from a variety of National Government Agency (NGA) offices to receive an in-depth evaluation of his nomination for Outstanding Urban and Peri-urban Garden Category.
Jomar O. Tabor of ATI, Carla Kristine M. Silva, Ramon Bong C. Alcachupas, Julius Harris A. Familara from DA Central Office – NUPAP, Mark Kenneth Sierra and Andrew Mar Mojica, both from BPI Central Office comprises the team of evaluators, were toured around and was served fresh produce from the farm.
Organikian Urban Farm is one of the national finalists for the Gawad Saka, a nationwide search for outstanding farmers and fisherfolk of the Department of Agriculture.(
