At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 765 km East Southeast of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur (6.5°N, 133.0°E). We are also monitoring an LPA outside PAR and was estimated based on all available data at 1,110 km East of Eastern Visayas (12.0°N, 135.9°E). Both with low chance of developing into a tropcical cyclone.
