DA-ACPC Online Helpdesk: Ready to Assist You!
The Department of Agriculture – Agricultural Credit Policy Council (DA-ACPC) is proud to launch the ACPC Online Helpdesk, a new platform designed to streamline and enhance the handling of client inquiries, service requests, and program-related concerns.
This initiative underscores DA-ACPC’s commitment to improving public service delivery by ensuring timely, accessible, and efficient support for all stakeholders—farmers, fisherfolk, agri-enterprises, and the general public.
What You Can Do with the ACPC Online Helpdesk:
• Track loan application status
• Get schedules for program briefings
• Request data or information
• Inquire about the ACPC ACCESS and ACE Portals
• Address PLC application issues
• Register for training workshops
• Submit business plans and access research/publications
• Apply for job opportunities
• Inquire about asset disposition
• Clarify credit fund collection concerns
• Raise any other DA-ACPC-related inquiries
In line with the Anti-Red Tape Act (Republic Act No. 11032), the Online Helpdesk also serves as the agency’s Public Assistance and Complaints Desk, ensuring that all clients have an open and transparent line of communication with the agency.
Stakeholders can now submit tickets, ask questions about DA-ACPC’s credit programs, or engage with the virtual assistant (AVA) and Helpdesk Officers through this centralized system.
