The meeting tackled key updates from the recent National ManCom, Performance Appreciation System (PAS), and the obligation and disbursement status, among others.
RED Perales emphasized timely reporting, procurement coordination, and efficient program implementation guided by the GAA/BEDs.
He also gave clear marching orders to keep the region’s efforts aligned, on time, and performance-driven.
