#InPhotos | The long-awaited #DAKalingawan2025 officially kicked off today at the Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office XII, launching a vibrant five-day celebration running from June 9 to 13, 2025.
Day one was packed with energy and excitement, starting with a lively parade around Prime Regional Center that set a festive tone showcasing the creativity and energy of each team. The excitement carried on with the Torch and Cauldron Lighting and the Banner Raising Competition, where teams proudly raised their colors in a spirited display of unity and creativity. In the end, the White Team emerged as Champion, followed by the Red Team as 1st Runner-up, Yellow Team as 2nd Runner-up, and Blue Team as 3rd Runner-up.
The day also featured a lineup of sports events, giving staff plenty of chances to show off their talents, team spirit, and competitive edge — all in the name of camaraderie and fun.
The parade concluded with a series of awards celebrating the outstanding efforts of the teams. The Valiant Red Carabaos were honored with the “Most Energetic” award, while the Furious White Horses were recognized as the “Most Creative. The Blazing Blue Goats garnered attention with the “Biggest number of Delegates” and “Most Organized” award during the parade.
As the celebration continue throughout the week, the energy and camaraderie displayed today promises an unforgettable series of events that will strengthen bonds, boost morale, and celebrate the vibrant culture of the DA community.
