A turn-over ceremony of the Solar-Powered Irrigation System and a greenhouse project, both located in Brgy. Lancheta, was held today, March 10, in Tacurong City.
Funded under the DA’s Organic Agriculture Program, the projects were officially received by the members of the City of Tacurong Batch 176 Kabalikat sa Kabuhayan (KSK) Farmer’s Association.
“Ini nga mga projects, makatabang ini nga makapagproduce ang amoang city sang good food para sa tanan,”said KSK FA President Jafner Robles.
“We should empower the agricultural sector… Nagpapasalamat po kami sa DA for always looking into the needs of our farmers,” Tacurong City Vice Mayor Lina Montilla added.
