Aimed at boosting the livestock production in Region 12, the DA 12’s Livestock Program spearheaded pregnancy diagnosis, artificial insemination (AI), and Estrus Synchronization for large ruminants in the four barangays of Lambayong on March 27-31, 2023.
This initiative was in partnership with the Provincial Veterinary Office-Sultan Kudarat, local government unit (LGU) of Lambayong and Philippine Carabao Center at USM.
The UNAIP also provided veterinary drugs, semen straws, AI paraphernalia and Liquid Nitrogen field tank to the LGU and livestock raisers from the barangays of Midtapok, Mamali, Pidtiguian and Bilumin.
