Before taking the helm of the agency, the new director was the chief Regulatory Division at Regional Field Office (RFO) 12.
He graduated with a Veterinary Medicine, from the Dr. Yanga School of Veterinary Medicine, Malolos, Bulacan in 1988.
He served the Department of Agriculture in several capacities as he was initially hired as Veterinarian-II in 1989 at the Department of Agriculture – Region XII, with his commitment to serve and uplift the lives of the farmers and fisherfolk, he took the plunge and dared his stars as he is now the Chief Agriculturist and of the Department of Agriculture – RFO XII.
In 2017, Dr. Pascual was designated as OIC-RTD for Research and Regulations, and served also as OIC-RTD for Operations of DA RFO XII.
He also attended various national trainings, conferences, and symposia held in different parts of the country.
Dr. Pascual is a certified veterinarian who also serves the academic community by educating the nation’s future veterinarians by giving expert lectures at various trainings, symposiums, and seminar in our area.
Dr. John B. Pascual is indeed a man incomparable to his genuine intentions to fulfill his passion and enthusiasm for leadership and public service.
