#FMRTurnOver | Malapag-Tinimbacan farm-to-market road (FMR) funded under the Philippine Rural Development Project was officially turned over by the Department of Agriculture (DA) 12 today, June 19, in Malapag, Carmen, Cotabato.The ceremony was spearheaded by DA 12 OIC Regional Executive Director Dr. John Pascual and Cotabato Governor Emmylou Taliño-Mendoza.
