PBBM fulfills promise to farmers, signs New Agrarian Emancipation Act

President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. has fulfilled his promise to farmers to free them from debt as he signed on Friday the New Agrarian Emancipation Act, which will benefit more than 600,000 Filipino farmers nationwide.
