On August 17, DA 12 OIC Regional Executive Director Dr. John Pascual, Sultan Kudarat 2nd District Representative Hon. Horacio Suansing, Jr. and Department of Public Works and Highways Assistant District Engineer Levie Trabado led the turn over ceremony of the completed canal improvement and farm-to-market road projects in Lebak.
Over PhP52-million worth of interventions were given to the Lebak’s farmer groups and municipal and barangay local government units. Said agri-infras are:
1. Concreting of Sitio Mangle, Brgy. Kinudalan FMR;
2. Concreting of Brgy. Salaman FMR;
3. Concreting of Junction National Highway Capior, Brgy. Barurao FMR;
4. Concreting of Sitio Masurot FMR;
5. Canal Improvement of Barurao Diversion Dam;
6. Rehabilitation and Canal Improvement of Camantolon Diversion Dam;
7. Construction of Bacbacan Intake Structure and Canal Improvement and;
8. Rehabilitation and Canal Improvement of Langganasi SWIP II
