PRESIDENT ROXAS, COTABATO-Coconut farmer-members of the Pagla Consolidated Multi-purpose Cooperative (PCMPC) will soon reap higher income with the turn over of three hauling trucks to the said coop.
The 17-Million Peso-subproject through the Enterprise Development Component of the Philippine Rural Development Project (PRDP) and the Provincial Government of Cotabato will ease the hauling expenses of the farmer members of PCMPC and even farmers from nearby towns.
Governor Emmylou “Lala” Taliño-Mendoza and DA XII Regional Technical Director Lorna Vilbar, together with some government officials, led the turn-over of the intervention to the officers and members of the aforementioned coop.
