Adaptation and Mitigation Initiatives in Agriculture (AMIA)-villagers and BP2-villager associations joined the “AMIA Forum on Livestock Production and Management” and “ Training on Organic Farming” held on October 23-24, 2023.

The activity was spearheaded by the AMIA, Mainstreaming Climate Resilient Agriculture (MCRA) in partnership with the DA-Balindog Research and Experiment Station.

This training aimed to provide the farmer-associations with the appropriate knowledge and skills on production of livestock, well-organized livestock management and proper preparation of useful organic farming.

Farmer-attendees were from the Columbio AMIA Villages and Balik Probinsya Farmers Association Beneficiaries in Esperanza.

Special thanks to Ma’am Shellah Joy B. Cabalinan and Ma’am Charofel A. Polido from Balindog Research and Experiment Station for sharing their knowledge and expertise as the resource person of the said activity.
