The CCC Week is an annual observance pursuant to Proclamation No. 1667 series of 2008 which aims to raise consciousness on the importance of addressing the impacts of global warming and climate change.
The DA Climate Resilient Agriculture Office (CRAO), which implements the AMIA Program, will lead the DA’s observance of the CCC Week. AMIA is the DAโs flagship program on climate change which serves as a platform for partnership among DA banner programs, projects, units, and attached agencies to address the challenges of climate change and pursue the Department’s climate resilient agriculture (CRA) agenda.
During the CCC Week, CRAO will undertake a series of events and activities aimed at intensifying the publicโs awareness on the effects of climate change and highlighting the DA’s efforts in helping the agri-fishery sector adapt to its effects through the AMIA platform.
