#RMTMeeting | The Department of Agriculture (DA) 12 solidifies its action plans for 2023 as it wraps up last year’s activities through the presentation of status and updates of its implemented programs in the region.
Today, January 04, the Regional Management Team (RMT) held a meeting to recalibrate its schemes for the realization of the agency’s operations and mandates for 2023.
The said meeting highlights the Regional Executive Director’s (RED) policy direction, overall accomplishments for 2022, and recommendations for 2023 implementation.
DA12 OIC-RED Sailila Abdula emphasizes the essence of Professionalization, Prime Performance, and Pursuing Quality—the “3 Ps” that sums up his policy direction for the agency.
“Put your mission above your ego,” RED Abdula said as he reminded the RMT members of the qualities that make leaders and the DA 12 team unstoppable.
