DA-12 OIC-Regional Executive Director John B. Pascual presented and successfully defended the regional agriculture department’s budget proposal before the Regional Development Council XII Advisory and Executive Committees, Region 12 Congresspersons and private sector representatives earlier today at Nograles Hall, Batasang Pambansa Complex, Quezon City.
The said meeting was the venue for the consultation and review of FY 2025 budget proposals of eight major agencies in Region 12 namely DA, DepEd, DOH, DPWH, DSWD, DOTr, PPS, CAAP and CHED.
The lead convenor was Cotabato 3rd District Rep. Ma. Alana Samantha Taliño Santos with RDC 12 Chair and Cotabato Governor Emmylou “Lala” Taliño-Mendoza and NEDA 12 OIC- Regional Director Ms. Phlorita A. Ridao.
RED Pascual thanked all DA-12 personnel who worked hand in hand in coming up with a proposal that would help bolster the development of the agriculture sector in the region.
