#OnionHarvestFest | An onion demonstration farm in Bagumbayan, Sultan Kudarat showcases adaptability and suitability as it yielded a promising harvest.
Located at the hilly Sitio Lower Alas-as in Barangay Masiag, a harvest festival was conducted by the Department of Agriculture 12 and Local Government Unit officials together with farmers from neighboring areas.
“Sa una na stress gid ako, sang nag start na siya mag bloom, daw na dula na akon stress sa itsura. So, mga kapwa ko farmers, gina encourage ko gid kamo nga mag tanom kag ururupod ta mag harvest kag mamaligya sang manami nga bombay.” farmer Emily Olisco said.
