Php37M-worth of agricultural projects opened today
The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 12 (DA-RFO12), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), conducted a Opening of Bids Conference for goods and infrastructure held at DA 12 Conference Room, Koronadal City, South Cotabato.
The activity was headed by BAC Chairperson RTD Lorna Vilbar and members, Technical Working Group (TWG), end-users, and corresponding bidders of the posted projects.
Bid opening is conducted to verify if the prescribed conditions and procedures in the submission and receipt of bids were followed, bids were submitted in the prescribed manner, specified forms and contained all the required information and to verify if the prescribed conditions and procedures in the opening and preliminary examination of bids were followed.
