LOOK | The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 12 (DA-RFO 12) together with the Philippine Information Agency 12 successfully conducted the “Kapihan sa Bagong Pilipinas”, a communications initiative aims to enhance public understanding and engagement with the programs and projects of DA at the grassroots level.
It also aims to amplify the policies, activities, and achievements of each featured department, consistent with the mandate of the administration’s Bagong Pilipinas governance and leadership agenda and to fulfill the President’s directive for all departments to promote their activities and operations across all regions, highlighting the Department’s progress, small wins, and milestones achievements.
DA 12 Regional Executive Director Roberto T. Perales, Regional Technical Director for Research and Regulations Lorna P. Vilbar, and Regional Technical Director for Operations John B. Pascual, DVM engaged with 15 media personalities from different radio and TV stations in the Soccsksargen region.
The questions mainly focused on the DA’s present and future programs for the farmers in Region 12. The DA-RFO 12 Directors highlighted the office’s achievements and efforts towards sustainable agriculture.
