The Department of AgricultureβRegional Field Office XII (DA-RFO XII) joins other government institutions which was conferred with the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) Bronze Award by the Civil Service Commission (CSC).
In an awarding ceremony on September 20,2024 at The Farm @ Carpenter Hill, City of Koronadal, Regional Technical Director for Research and Regulations Dr. Lorna P. Vilbar, together with Ms. Maria Cecilia E. Frando, Chief of the Administrative and Finance Division, received the said award on behalf of Regional Executive Director Roberto T. Perales.
The DA-RFO XII was declared PRIME-HRM Bronze Awardee last year through a CSC resolution after satisfactorily hurdling the assessments for the four PRIME-HRM Core Areas: Recruitment, Selection, and Placement; Learning and Development; Performance Management; and Rewards and Recognition.
With the achievement of the said award, Director Perales is hopeful that the agencyβs Human Resource Management System will continue to advance for the welfare of all DA-RFO XII personnel.
