#PPMPPresentation | The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 12 (DA-RFO 12) successfully conducted the Presentation and Review of the Project Procurement Management Plan (PPMP) for FY 2025 on October 2-3, 2024 in General Santos City, in preparation for the FY 2025 Early Procurement Activities (EPA).
End-users and procurement officers presented their Indicative PPMP to evaluators/panelists before the final presentation and deliberation to ensure that resources are managed effectively, transparently, smoothly, and in order.
Regional Executive Director Roberto T. Perales emphasized the key role of procurement in ensuring that the departments’ programs are carried out efficiently by obtaining the necessary resources, goods, and services. Furthermore, RED Perales states that proper utilization of funds is equally important, assuring that the region’s plans, projects, and activities lead to positive, productive, and sustainable outcomes.
