At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Storm “HELEN” {PULASAN} was estimated based on all available data at 1,155 km East of Extreme Northern Luzon (22.3°N, 132.9°E) with maximum sustained winds of 85 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 105 km/h. It is moving West Northwestward at 25 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Mindanao.

MOVEMENT: WEST NORTHWESTWARD AT 25 KM/H
FORECAST:
SOCCSKSARGEN Region will be partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms. Moderate to strong winds will prevail from south to southwest direction and the coastal waters will have moderate to rough condition (2.1 to 3.5 meters).

Katamtaman hanggang sa malakas ang iiral na ihip ng hangin na nagmumula sa timog hanggang sa timog kanlurang direksyun at ang mga baybaying dagat ay magkakaroon ng katamtaman hanggang sa maalon na kondisyun (mula sa taas ng 2.1 hanggang 3.5 metro).
