SYNOPSIS:
At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Storm “KRISTINE” {TRAMI} was estimated based on all available data at 400 km East of Virac, Catanduanes (13.2°N, 127.9°E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 80 km/h. It is moving West at 15 km/h.
FORECAST:
SOCCSKSARGEN Region will be partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to Trough of TS Kristine. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms. Modertate to strong winds will prevail from west to southwest direction and the coastal waters will have moderate to rough condition (1.2 to 4.0 meters).

Ang Rehiyon ng SOCCSKSARGEN ay makakaranas ng bahagyang maulap hanggang sa maulap na papawirin na may pulo – pulong pag – ulan, pagkidlat at pagkulog dahil sa Trough ng TS Kristine. Posible itong magdulot ng mga biglaang pagbaha o pagguho ng lupa sa tuwing may panahong severe thunderstorms. Katamtaman hanggang sa malakas ang iiral na ihip ng hangin na nagmumula sa kanluran hanggang sa timog kanlurang direksyun at ang mga baybaying dagat ay magkakaroon ng katamtaman hanggang sa maalong kondisyun (mula sa taas ng 1.2 hanggang 4.0 metro).
