DA-12 Regional Executive Director Roberto T. Perales represents DA Secretary Francisco Tiu Laurel, Jr. as the South Cotabato Swine Producers Association (SOCOSPA) celebrates its 34th year Anniversary and 12th Livestock Sector and Suppliers Night from July 25 to 28, 2024.
RED Perales delivers his keynote speech during the 12th Swine Sector and Suppliers Night with the theme “Padayon ang Pagtinabangay alang sa Kalambuan sa atong Industriya” on July 27 held at KCC Convention Center, General Santos City.
The event is also in line with the month-long “22nd Yaman Gensan Festival”, in partnership with the Local Government of General Santos City thru the Office of the City Veterinarian.
The activities highlight the city’s commercial livestock industry especially the hog sector on its contribution to the dynamism of the business sector and food security.
“Magtulungan tayo na protektahan ang ating industriya para mas marami pang farmers ang ating matulungan”, RED Perales reiterated.
