#InPhotos | DA Assistant Secretary, PRLEC-ELCAC Chairperson, James A. Layug enjoins the Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 12 (DA-RFO 12) together with other National Government Agencies and the Provincial Government of Cotabato in their Serbisyo Caravan cum Outreach Program. The said activity was held in Brgy. Labu-o, President Roxas, Cotabato on September 11, 2024.
DA-RFO 12 provided Php 365,000 worth of mallard ducks, Php 60,500 worth of hybrid corn seeds, 300 hard hats, 100 farm boots, 100 fruit tree seedlings, and sacks of rice to farmer-beneficiaries. They also assisted farmers with the Registry System for Basic Sectors in Agriculture (RSBSA) registration.
Asec. Layug encourages the community to actively participate and support the programs and projects of the government, especially in the areas of peace and development.
The PRLEC-ELCAC cluster convergence aims to end insurgency and bring lasting peace and development by delivering government services to areas affected by communist groups as stated in Executive Order 70, s. 2018.
