PGS UPDATE ׀ The DA RFO XII’s Regional Pre-Assessment Team (RPAT) provided coaching and mentoring to PALAI Inc., in support to their accreditation as Participatory Guarantee System-Organic Certifying Body in the region. The sessions took place from November 13 to 15, 2023, in Sto. Nino, South Cotabato.
The event was attended by PGS Core Group and other committees of the association, with the primary goal of evaluating their operation manuals, internal standards, and other required documentary requirements.
This preparation is crucial as they anticipate office audit and witness inspections by the Bureau of Agriculture in Fisheries Standards.
