The ๐๐๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ญ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ ๐จ๐ ๐๐ ๐ซ๐ข๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ ๐๐’๐ฌ ๐๐ฉ๐๐๐ข๐๐ฅ ๐๐ซ๐๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐๐ ๐ซ๐ข๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐ฏ๐๐ฅ๐จ๐ฉ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ (๐๐-๐๐๐๐) ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐๐ฆ ๐๐ก๐๐ฌ๐ ๐ recently organized a series of trainings on Entrepreneurial Mind-Setting and Values Formation for four farmersโ associations (FAs) in South Cotabato Province.
The participants included the Upper Maculan Farmers Association, Rivera Palay Farmers Association, Golden Hands Buto Rural Improvement Club, and Maltana Farmers and Fisherfolks Association.
The training sessions were facilitated by key resource persons from the Department of Agriculture Field Office 12, including Naire Junas G. Demello, Associate Project Officer I; Bethel Uena L. Tuvilla, Associate Project Officer I; Nur Hire Camille Penduma, Agriculturist II; Rosa Esclamada, Market Specialist I; and Johannah T. Uy, Associate Project Officer I.
The Marketing Assistance and Enterprise Development (MAED) Unit of the SAAD program spearheaded the initiative, continuing its mission to empower local farmers and promote sustainable agricultural development across the region.
These trainings form part of DA-SAADโs broader efforts to enhance the skills and entrepreneurial capacity of local farming communities, fostering growth and self-reliance in agricultural enterprises.
