Said meeting was initiated to mobilize the local government units in properly implementing the agency’s programs and discussed the challenges in Philippine’s rice industry.
Highlights of the activity were the presentation of updates on Rice Program, RSBSA and fertilizer delivery to farmer-beneficiaries.
Moreover, an open forum was also held to address LGU’s issues and concerns and further improve the implementation of the agri-programs.
