More than 300 IA presidents from South Cotabato, Sarangani, Cotabato and Maguindanao province attended the said congress.
“Gusto kong i-challenge ang mga magsasaka na gumamit ng makabagong teknolohiya para mas tumaas pa ang produksyon ng palay sa Region 12,” DA 12 OIC-RED Sailila Abdula said.
