President Marcos spearheaded the distribution of 13,527 Certificates of Condonation with Release of Mortgages (CoCRoM), condoning more than P939 million of farmers’ debt in the SOCCSKSARGEN Region at the Sarangani Sports Training Center.
Also present during the activity are the governors of the provinces of the region.
