During the opening statement of DA 12 OIC Regional Executive Director Dr. John Pascual, he emphasized the positive outcome of the projects implemented by the agency in SOCCSKSARGEN Region.
In relation to the project implementation for this year, Dr. Pascual added that the DA has conceptualized a monitoring mechanism that would check the delivery and implementation of various interventions throughout the previous months of accomplishments.
