Dr. Pascual will take over the post as per Special Order number 690 signed by Department of Agriculture (DA) Senior Undersecretary Domingo Panganiban.
Outgoing OIC-Regional Executive Director Sailila Abdula, Ph.D. expressed his gratitude to all that supported him during his stint and encouraged the employees to support the new leadership under Dr. Pascual and continue serving the farmers and fisher folks of the region.
Officials from the different provincial government in the region, including former DA-12 RED Amalia Jayag-Datukan who represented Cotabato Governor Emmylou Taliño-Mendoza, also witnessed the said turnover and expressed all-out support for the newly-designated chief.
