Baltazar, together with DA-RFO XII key personnel, led a series of sub-project monitoring and site visitations across selected ancestral domains and Indigenous Peoples Organizations (IPOs) in the region from June 3 to 5, 2025

Baltazar, together with DA-RFO XII key personnel, led a series of sub-project monitoring and site visitations across selected ancestral domains and Indigenous Peoples Organizations (IPOs) in the region from June 3 to 5, 2025.

The monitoring and site visitations covered project sites in Palimbang, Sultan Kudarat; Maitum, Sarangani Province; T’boli, South Cotabato; and Matalam, Cotabato Province. Among the IPOs visited were the MASANAB (Masaganang Nayon sa Baluan) Farmers Association, Yama Farmers Association, Demamis Farmers Association, Diversified IPs Farmering Association, and Matalam Bansa Te Darapuanen Association, Inc.

The visit primarily intended to assess the effectiveness of the program in transforming the livelihood and overall well-being of the IPOs, as well as to evaluate whether the assistance and interventions provided for them are aligned with their developmental needs and goals.
