#InPhotos | The Department of Agriculture-Region 12, led by Regional Executive Director Roberto T. Perales and in partnership with the Department of Economy, Planning, and Development (DepDEV), held an #RegionalEconomicForum today, May 27, 2025, in Koronadal City, South Cotabato.
With the theme: “Strengthening SOCCSKSARGEN’s AFF Performance: Challenges, Opportunities and Interventions,” the forum aimed to discuss issues, share insights, and find solutions to improve the agriculture, forestry, and fisheries (AFF) sector.
RED Perales emphasized the need for inclusive and sustainable growth, saying, “We must not let the AFF sector fall behind.”
The forum brought together various stakeholders to explore ways to strengthen the AFF sector and align it with the region’s development goals.
This activity is part of the DA’s celebration of Farmers and Fisherfolk Month.
