Perales on March 10, 2025, in Koronadal City, South Cotabato. The meeting focused on critical updates regarding procurement, financial obligations, and the assessment of DA operating units under the Performance Appreciation System. Discussions also covered budget disbursement, procurement status, and the assessment results for the fiscal year 2024.
Further deliberations on the FY 2026 Plan and Budget Proposal for internal review were conducted, followed by an open forum where key personnel had the opportunity to raise concerns and recommendations before finalizing agreements on the way forward. With clear action points and collaborative input from key personnel, DA-RFO XII aims to enhance its operations and financial management to better support agricultural development in the region.
