#1stIMC2025 | The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office XII (DA-RFO XII) successfully conducted its 1st Internal Management Committee (IMC) Meeting on January 6, 2025 in Koronadal City, South Cotabato. The meeting aimed to address pressing issues and streamline strategic plans for the region’s agricultural development.
Spearheaded by DA-RFO XII Regional Executive Director Roberto T. Perales, the meeting highlighted the office’s commitment to promoting sustainable agriculture and ensuring food security in the region. Key discussions revolved around operational challenges, updates from various sections, and collaborative strategies to achieve the goals set for fiscal year 2025.
“Our past efforts will be our legacy to our farmers, knowing that all beneficiaries will individually receive the interventions from the DA. With proper coordination with associations and LGUs, we can truly make a meaningful impact on the lives of the farmers,” RED Perales said.
Said activity also provided an avenue for identifying critical concerns and aligning departmental priorities. Divisions and programs presented updates on ongoing projects, monitoring efforts, and planned initiatives aimed at enhancing the productivity and resilience of farmers across the region.
As a cornerstone of the department’s governance framework, the 1st IMC Meet reaffirmed the DA’s mission to support agricultural stakeholders while fostering transparency and accountability in the delivery of programs and services.
