#InPhotos | The Department of Agriculture – Regional Field Office XII Planning Monitoring and Evaluation Division conducted an Internal Budget Hearing for Plan and Budget Proposals in Koronadal City, South Cotabato on February 13-14, 2025.
The purpose of the activity was to review and ensure that the Project Activity Programs (PAPs) align with the guidelines set for the formulation of the Fiscal Year (FY) 2026-2028 budget. The hearing emphasized adherence to key principles, including: Programmatic, Targeted, and Outcome-based approaches; Cost-efficiency and Industry Relevance; and Shovel-readiness.
Anent this, the Internal Budget Hearing served as an essential step in ensuring that the proposed projects are strategically planned, well-aligned with industry needs, and ready for effective implementation, ultimately contributing to the efficient use of resources and the success of government initiatives.
