#BoostingSwineProduction | The Department of Agriculture – Regional Field Office XII, through its Livestock Program, turned-over a Swine Breeder Farm Project valued at Php 3 million to the Local Government Unit of Antipas on June 6, 2024.
This project, located at Sitio Malasin, Brgy. Malatab, Antipas, Cotabato, aims to boost local swine production, improve the livelihood of local farmers, and assist in the achievement of food security in the region.
Furthermore, the project is aimed at increasing the quality and quantity of piglets for distribution to local hog raisers, providing sustainable income sources for the community, and promoting best practices in livestock management.
