This is the result of the agency’s determination and invaluable efforts to promote people excellence in DA-RFO XII for its efficient and effective public service delivery.
CSC XII Regional Director Resurreccion Pueyo recognized the effort of the DA-RFO XII top management and its human resource and management office for their effort last year in achieving this distinction. Dr. Sailila Abdula, OIC-regional executive director of DA-RFO XII, noted that he fully supports the initiatives of the HRMO of the agency.
“One of my priorities in office is to professionalize our human resource… having this achievement is a start to more opportunities to make our work force better,” he added.
The DA-RFO XII received Certificates of Recognition for the following areas: Recruitment, Selection, and Placement; Learning and Development; and Rewards and Recognition.
