The Department of Agriculture RFO XII in coordination with the LGU-Makilala through Municipal Agricultural Services Office distributed Corn Seeds and Fertilizers last May 30, 2023 at Municipal Demonstration Farm, Sitio New Corella, Makilala, Cotabato to 161 beneficiaries.
Under Corn Production Enhancement Prograram of DA-XII, each farmer received at least 2 bags og Yellow Hybrid GMO Corn seeds (Dekalb 8899s), 1 bag of urea, 1 bag of complete and 5 packs of Bio-N that envisions to uplift the production of corn industry from 3.5MT/per hectare to at 5MT/ha.
