The Department of Agriculture XII, through the National Urban Peri-Urban Agriculture Program (NUPAP) conducted a two day “Training on Livelihood Opportunities on Viniculture, Processing, and Entrepreneurship” on August 15–16, 2024 at Firenzo Property Development, Inc. General Santos City.
The said training capacitated the participants to learn about establishing, managing, growing, and producing grapes. Furthermore, the training concluded with an exclusive tour at MBX Grapes Vineyard, wherein the attendants were guided to walk through with the owner of the vineyard, Mrs. Maria Caballes.
