An evaluation for MLARIS Div. A (Bimadu) IA Inc. was conducted as the region’s nominee for the Gawad Saka for Outstanding Rice Cluster Irrigators Association National Irrigation System (NIS) on March 25, 2025 at M’lang, Cotabato.
The National Technical Committee (NTC) evaluated the said irrigators association for the said award. The team is composed of representatives from Philippine Council for Agriculture and Fisheries (PCAF), Bureau of Plant Industry (BPI), National Irrigation Association (NIA) and was led by Engr. Elmer Bautista of PhilRice.
