#EPAHP | The High Value Crops Development Program (HVCDP) of the Department of Agriculture- Regional Field Office 12 (DA-RFO 12) joined the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) in their 14th Cycle Supplemental Feeding program on Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at Surallah, South Cotabato.
Highlight of the said activity was the delivery of various vegetables by Ladifa Agriculture Cooperative – Surallah Vegetable Integrated Farmer Cluster (LADIFA), a farmer group assisted by the HVCDP, recently closed contract with the DSWD to supply various vegetables through Negotiated Procurement Community Participation (NPCP) as part of Enhanced Partnership Against Hunger and Poverty (EPAHP) initiative.
The EPAHP is a collaborative initiative involving multiple Philippine government agencies aims to provide assistance to qualified community-based organizations in support of the government’s effort to address hunger, food and nutrition security, and poverty; and encourage community participation in government contracts.
