#IPCROrientation | In compliance with the Civil Service Resolution No. 1200481 or the Guidelines in the Establishment and Implementation of Agency Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS), the Department of Agriculture RFO 12- Human Resource and Management Office (DA 12-HRMO) conducted an orientation on Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR) formulation to all Contract of Service (COS) employees.
The said activity aims to educate the COS employees on the importance of IPCR to ensure the competency, efficiency, and effectiveness to a particular job, which will also be the basis for awards, promotion, and incentives of an individual.
The implementation of IPCR will not only foster a sense of responsibility, commitment and accountability among DA 12 employees but it will also contribute to the efficiency of the Department as well.
