Quality and affordable fresh and processed products are available at the Kadiwa Pop-up store installed inside the South Cotabato Gymnasium and Cultural Center in Koronadal City, today, March 2.
The Kadiwa store here is part of the launching of the first celebration of March as “Buwan ng Gatas” in Soccsksargen Region, which supports the implementation of RA 11037 or “Masustansiyang Pagkain Para sa Batang Pilipino”.
Region 12’s GATAS Program, spearheaded by the Department of Agriculture, is a centerpiece approach towards agricultural productivity in addressing poverty, malnutrition and peace and order.
Soccsksargen is the only region in the country that has designated an entire month to advocate public awareness on milk.
