Along with other Regional Directors from national line agencies, DA 12 Regional Technical Director for Research and Regulations Lorna Vilbar, Ph.D. took part in the unveiling of the said plan led by RDC 12 Chairperson and Cotabato Governor Emmylou “Lala” Taliño-Mendoza.
“Through our collective efforts of implementing this plan throughout the next six years, we can make this happen,” Gov. Taliño-Mendoza said in her speech.
The RDP serves as the region’s blueprint that will guide its development direction for the next six years. It reflects the government’s policies, strategies, programs and legislative priorities in support to the President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s 8-point Socioeconomic Agenda.
