MEET OUR SPEAKERS! Ms. Joan Vargas-dela Cruz has been with the Agricultural Credit Policy Council for more than 6 years. A BS Agriculture graduate from the De La Salle Araneta University, she brings in her knowledge and expertise to ACPC as a Program Management Officer in the Program Development Division. To date, she serves as Senior Program Management Officer for Regions 10 and 13.
